Assalamualaikum all. Sorry that I’m being more and more slow in updating my blog. The latest to be featured is the couple of Masdiyana Idayu & Jannatul Firdaus. They were originally to be married in 08-08-2008! delay punya delay…lastly hey set it for January 2010. My friend Hafiz Ismail from WowPhoto is my co-Official Photographer for the whole event.

My favorite picture from the day
Assalamualaikum all. Here’s the second part of Maya & Jazdee’s wedding. The full set for their Sanding ceremony can be found HERE.
Jazdee is working for Shell in PD while Maya (or her real name Sumayyah) was a pharmacist at KT General Hospital. Their love story started several years ago with an introduction by a mutual friend (aka my best friend Shahrul Izham). Maya was still in Wales finishing her study at that time while Jazdee is a former University mate of Shahrul (Uniten). Long distance relationship which brings them to the pelamin.
During the Sanding ceremony, everything went smoothly. The food’s great, kompang troupe & a very enthusiastic silat performance by Maya’s own cousins. Lots of family members, neighbours & friends attended the kampung wedding. Even Jazdee’s friends from KL & Shah Alam.

The setting for the Akad Nikah was Masjid Kristal at Pulau Wan Man. Its very airy & bright. My first time shooting there. The couple’s great, a lot of funny moments and overall a nice trip back to my family root in Terengganu.
