The story of “Bengkel Asas Fotografi DSLR”
Assalamualaikum all. Yesterday I spend my day in KL, assisting my friend, fellow photographer & sifu, Didiz from Fotokahwin.com teaching a group of beginner photographers the basics of photography using a DSLR. Its actually a 2 day course organized by Positive Event Sdn Bhd. They were taught the basics in operating a DSLR, camera setting, composition, a bit on posing, lighting, using flash and the difference between various lenses available in the market. 36 participants from various government agencies took part. Me and Salleh (Mat Leh) were Didiz’s assistant in the workshop.

Shoot the students using Mat Leh’s 85mm f1.4 at 1.4 using my D90. Yummy bokeh!
It’s me as the model to show how to use available light.
Setting must be right

Using my new 24mm f1.8 is a breeze. Superb bokeh produced by it. Athir in one of his bad mood swing
All about line, line & line

This is my own Picture of the day! He was sitting there, using my 24mm, I quickly baring on the floor and shoot him from a low angle, no posing required 🙂
